I understand the realities of working in healthcare because I’ve lived them myself.

Before becoming a coach and holding space for nurses and healthcare professionals, I spent over 20 years working within hospital settings in both clinical and leadership roles. During the last six years of my career, I helped pioneer an incredible service supporting some of the hospital’s most complex patients. A work that required resilience, compassion, leadership, and the ability to perform under constant pressure.

While I was deeply passionate about caring for others, I also experienced firsthand the emotional exhaustion, overwhelm, and pressure that so many healthcare professionals silently carry.

Now, I combine my clinical expertise, lived experience, and compassionate leadership approach to support healthcare professionals in prioritising their wellbeing without guilt.

Through coaching, I teach simple, practical, and sustainable tools that help busy nurses and healthcare professionals.
